Hello! I am excited to be on the Bay Area Clinical Associates team. I received my Master’s of Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley and am currently a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. My clinical experience includes working with public school students in San Francisco, and working with adults over telehealth during COVID.

I have always had an interest in psychology, and came to the field of therapy after working as a residential outdoor environmental educator. We worked with students of all ages while hiking, facilitating teambuilding activities, and teaching science. I also lived and worked at the San Francisco Zen Center for several years. My personal meditation practice helps me to find ease, enjoy my life, and do my best work. I am passionate about social justice, antiracism, and advocating for equity.

Therapy is a powerful tool on the journey to recovery and wholeness. My clinical interests are wide-ranging and include working with adolescents, young adults, and families on a variety of issues. I believe my role as a therapist is to help facilitate clients in finding the solutions which work best for them.

I grew up in a small town near Sacramento and have lived mostly in the Bay Area since then. In my free time I like to sing, dance, act, play and listen to music, spend time outside, connect with family and friends, and watch Marvel movies and shows.
