Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT#135855) providing mental health services via telehealth to individuals and families. I have my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. My approach to therapy is empathic, collaborative and tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Prior to joining BACA, I worked as a community-based therapist for several years supporting children, adolescents and young adults in the San Bernardino County area. As a community based therapist I have provided crisis management, Individual therapy, Individual therapy with family and collateral support in the home and school- based settings. I have assisted children, adolescents, and young adults throughout my career struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, grief/loss, parent-child conflict, and relationship difficulties. I am skilled in helping individuals and families develop strategies to manage stressful situations and work through challenging times. I incorporate a variety of physiological theory and therapy models which includes cognitive behavioral therapy, strength based, solution focused-therapy, and motivational interviewing. I aim to ensure you feel comfortable, safe and supported.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and discovering new restaurants.
