I was born and raised in Wisconsin and made the big move to California during the summer of 2022. I am so excited to be providing mental health services to youth and families in the Bay Area. I earned both my Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees with concentrations in human behavior and psychology at Northern Michigan University.

My clinical desires include working with adolescents, young adults, couples, and families to address symptoms of depression and anxiety. I have used my therapeutic skills in both outpatient and inpatient hospital settings as well as in other environments such as mental health group homes, residential facilities, and in-home patient care.

My therapeutic approach focuses on helping teens, young adults, couples, and families by treating you as a whole and guiding you to create the change you want to see in your life. It is my belief that unconditional positive regard and holding a nonjudgmental and safe space are essential to the therapeutic relationship.

When I am not being a therapist, you may find me doing photography, going on hikes with my dog, traveling, trying new restaurants, shopping, exploring the city, and spending time with my friends and family!
