About Tanvi Duggal:

Tanvi is a clinical psychology doctoral student at the Wright Institute in Berkeley. Before beginning graduate school, Tanvi worked at McLean Hospital’s 3East Adolescent Residential DBT Program. During her graduate training, she has trained at the Berkeley Cognitive Behavior Clinic and Contra Costa College’s College Wellness Program. Her clinical background includes work with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, suicidality, self-harm, family stressors, and systemic barriers.

Tanvi’s clinical interests include culturally responsive care, trauma-informed treatment, attachment, family systems, and the integration of evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT with relational perspectives. She is especially interested in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families within community-based and integrated care settings.

In her practice, Tanvi is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. She strives to create a safe and grounded therapeutic space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. Outside of clinical work, Tanvi enjoys trying new coffee shops, watching movies, spending time with dogs, and finding small moments of joy in everyday life.
