I am so excited to be a part of the BACA community and provide compassionate care to clients and their families. I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and received my Master’s of Counseling from Palo Alto University. I have been in the mental health field for over 5 years and have experience working in eating disorder programs at both the PHP/IOP and residential levels of care. Additionally, I completed my counseling internship at an elementary school and supported students who were experiencing emotional/behavioral stressors via individual and group therapy.

I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities including relational, CBT, DBT, and EFFT, and I enjoy incorporating art and play in sessions. My clinical interests include working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are experiencing a variety of stressors as well as providing support to their caregivers. I strongly believe in holistic, affirming, individualized care and strive to support clients in their journey of healing and growth.

In my free time I enjoy watching movies, hanging out with loved ones, playing with my dog, listening to podcasts, and playing trivia games.
