I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (MFC#49266) and received my MS in Clinical Psychology and my BA in Psychology with a Minor in Child Development. I am very pleased to return to this wonderful team of kind and caring clinicians here at BACA. As a therapist, I provide ongoing clinical assessment, treatment, and psychotherapy with children, adolescents and adults utilizing evidenced based practices to best support my patient’s care.

I have experience in outpatient, inpatient, and private practice settings. My clinical work and training in counseling supports areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, loss and grief, worry, phase of life, and self esteem, among others. I work utilizing my Spanish and English languages with individuals, families, and couples utilizing a respectful, cheerful, and calm approach.

My areas of interest include child development, parenting, divorce, loss and grief. I utilize play therapy with kids and integrate mindfulness, values, and self care in all of my work. When not at BACA, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, running, and being outdoors.
