Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is unique. Our emphasis on transitional care that extends well beyond the program itself. Working hand in hand with our transitional care team, we provide a seamless continuum of care as patients step down to less structured care or up to more structured care. This approach ensures thorough monitoring and oversight of our patients as they learn, grow, and change.
