Hi there! My name is Emily, and I am currently a PhD student in Clinical Psychology at Palo Alto University. Originally, I am from the East Coast where I did my undergraduate degree. Over the past few years, I have gained experience working in inpatient, crisis, residential, and community mental health facilities across the Bay Area. I am excited to continue my journey at BACA. As a clinician, I support youth in closing the gap between who they are presently and who they want to become. I believe in helping youth and families become more accepting and compassionate towards themselves, while also creating space for growth and change. In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my dog, doing yoga, and reading.
