Margarita Rosero, MBA

Margarita is an accomplished finance professional. She specializes in Revenue Cycle Management, and strategically oversees all financial operations and ensures compliance with current laws and regulations within Finance and Accounting at BACA.

With nearly two decades of experience, Margarita held the role of Vice President of Finance and Accounting at various mental health organizations, directing finance and accounting departments. She ensured audit compliance and introduced innovative software solutions for operational efficiency.

Before her U.S. roles, Margarita, a native of Quito, Ecuador, served as Finance Director at entities in her hometown. There, she managed intricate bookkeeping functions, oversaw payroll processes, and pioneered internal quality controls, demonstrating her commitment to operational excellence.

An avid learner, Margarita is pursuing certification as a Management Accountant with the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). She holds an MBA with Cum Laude honors from California State University – Sacramento, along with Certificates in Fintech and Business Analysis from the University of California – Berkeley. Additionally, she earned a B.A. in Organizational Behavior with Cum Laude honors from the University of the Pacific.

Outside the boardroom, Margarita actively engages in philanthropy and community service. She volunteers and has served in board roles for the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and the Animal Protection League in Stockton.
