I believe in taking a compassionate and empathetic approach to a patient’s history, individual experience, and values. I work with families to create an evidence based, personalized treatment using therapeutic interventions and medications, if and when indicated. My training at Tulane and Stanford provided me experiences with a wide variety of diagnoses, but I am especially interested in depression, anxiety, and disruptive disorders. While I am familiar with multiple therapeutic modalities, I have a special interest in CBT, young child/play therapy, and parent training/coaching.
In my free time, I like to travel, read, cook, spend time with family and friends, and cheering on the best football team in the league – the Niners!
