For the Month of February we have added 9 new patients.

The way our agency intakes new patients is through our website. Whenever we find availabilities in the doctors and/or therapists schedules we will post them to this page. We post for new availabilites on Friday mornings around 10:00am; so please continue to check back for availabilites as we no longer keep a waiting list. If you see an appointment that works with your schedule (as all intake appointment times/dates are set in stone), with the provider you wish to see, and in network with your insurance carrier, you can call us at (408) 996-7950 to claim the appointment available. Also, under the “Appointments” tab on the Home Page, you will find a tab called “Pre Appointment Information.” Please fill this form out as it gives us more of an idea about why you would like to come to our agency, and in the event of a cancellation, we can contact you directly.
